Have you been painting over the past year so we can put on an exhibition with lots of entries and a wide variety of subjects and media, as usual.
The entry form and updated terms & conditions of entry (please read them as by entering you are agreeing to them) are available on the website altonartsociety.org or attached to the Summer Newsletter for those without access to a computer.
We are producing a poster to show the variety of work available and this will be available on the website towards the end of August. Please add it to your social media sites, email to friends and display it to help advertise the event.
The Exhibition will run from 7-15th October with hand in at the Assembly Rooms on 6th Oct.
Artists will be allocated hand-in and collection slots as this makes the process quicker, easier and ensures that paintings can start being hung without waiting until everything has been received.
We have a preview evening planned for the 6th so if you know of potential buyers, please consider inviting them along – we will provide an invitation for emailing in September.
If you want to exhibit you must have paid your full member subscription, which is due on 1 October.
The fees are staying at £15 again this year which is very low compared with some other local societies.
